First seasons harvest!

First harvesting of the new season! Broad beans, elderflowers and roses.

Ok, a strange combo, but at this time of year you take what you can get!

The broad beans are naturalised throughout the Food Forest and they are ready now. So out I go foraging to find them- because they have grown wherever they want!

The Canadian Elder elderflowers are starting to look amazing- those beautiful creamy white fragrant flowers! Just got to get my self organised to make some elderflower champagne. Tomorrows job! First the beans!
