Elderflower everywhere!
Really enjoying the flowers this year- so fragrant and pretty. Got a big batch of Elderflower Nectar on the go-a bit fiddly to make but I've got a feeling it will be popular in the Farm Shop.
The hardest part is Not picking the flowers- if I pick the flowers, then of course, no Elderberries..and Elderberries is really the main crop I'm waiting for..lucky for me there are lots of other plants to distract and divert me in the Food Forest!😄
