Elder Time!
Sharing a few Canadian Elder (Sambucus Canadensis Adams) photos. Starting with the "twigs"- even though we're miles away from spring- they're already starting to send out some green shoots. And then the Elder Flowers, and of course, the star of the show- the Elder Berries.
That's my next job- I've got berries in the freezer all ready to make Elderberry Syrup. Watch this space!
