Living willow maze now summer ready!

Spent the day trimming and tidying the maze. Big job!

I first planted the maze not long after we started the Food Forest- it's been through a few changes as we played with paths etc. Not for the faint hearted! Designing a maze just about had me in tears at times- I had the maze drawn out on a grid and then had to translate that to reality- you know the A6 goes to G4 type scenario- just about drove me mad and definitely had me going in circles!

It's fun though- kids just run through it and some adults get a bit freaked out!

My plan is to set up a course that the children (of all ages!) can do to find different objects..should be fun!
